Terms of Purchase
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions of purchase and sale (hereinafter — the Rules) constitute a legally binding document for the Parties, establishing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods from the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement the Rules at any time in accordance with the requirements established by law. The Buyer is informed on the online store's website. When shopping in the online store, the Rules in effect at the time of the order shall apply.
2. Entering Into a Purchase Agreement
2.1. A purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order in the online store, indicates the delivery address, selects the payment method, reviews the Rules, and clicks the "Confirm Order" button.
2.2. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store's database.
3. Buyer's Rights
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and applicable Lithuanian law.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods, provided the goods are undamaged and their appearance has not substantially changed.
4. Buyer's Obligations
4.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with these Rules.
4.2. If the Buyer's registration data changes, the Buyer must update them promptly.
4.3. The Buyer must comply with the requirements established in these Rules and applicable laws.
5. Seller's Rights
5.1. The Seller has the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice.
5.2. The Seller has the right to suspend or cancel the Buyer's order if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.
6. Seller's Obligations
6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer under the conditions specified in these Rules.
6.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of personal information.
7. Delivery of Goods
7.1. Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania and internationally.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within 1-5 business days from the date of payment. These delivery terms do not apply to cases where the required goods are not in the Seller's warehouse.
8. Return and Exchange of Goods
8.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 business days from the date of delivery without providing a reason, provided the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
8.2. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the item is defective.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. All disputes arising from these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
