If you wish to return a product, you need to contact our customer service center:
In your message, please include the order number (if you don't know it, let us know and we will ask for alternative details), the products you wish to return, and, if you ordered as an unregistered user, please mention that as well.
You will usually receive a response within 24 hours, although during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours.
14-Day Return Right
We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete a return, we will need your order number or receipt.

- Items on final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
