In traditional Chinese practice, the cordyceps complex has long been used to support the body's vitality and general well-being.
Cordyceps mushroom (Cordyceps sinensis)— an ascomycete fungus that grows on the Tibetan plateau at around 4 km altitude. In the East, cordyceps has for centuries been considered the most valuable of plants.
Cordyceps contains antioxidants (beta-carotene, vitamins E and C), selenium, zinc, ubiquinone, polysaccharides and other valuable substances — more than 70 micro- and macro-elements in all, along with enzymes, amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids.
Lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) and Shiitake (Lentinus edodes) — mushrooms valued in traditional Chinese practice, containing amino acids, vitamins, minerals and polysaccharides, long used to support general well-being.
Composition: 75% Chinese cordyceps, 6% lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum), 6% shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes), 5% young bamboo shoots, 2% Himalayan honey.
How to use the Phoenix oral elixir:
For adults: in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast — rinse the mouth with water, clean the teeth and tongue, drink half a glass of warm water, then take 3–5 ml of the elixir (using the straw provided or a graduated syringe). Shake before use. Take for 1–2 months. Seasonal use in spring and autumn is well suited.

Composition: 75% Chinese cordyceps, 6% linchzhi (Ganoderma lucidum), 6% shiitake (Lentinus edodes), 5% young bamboo shoots, 2% Himalayan honey.
The cordyceps mushroom (Cordyceps sinensis)- belongs to the sac fungi and grows on the Tibetan highlands, at about 4 km. A spore of the fungus that lands on the larva of a ghost moth (Hepialidae) germinates in spring and uses the nutrients of the larva, later attaching to plant roots and feeding from them.
Linchzhi (Ganoderma lucidum)- a mushroom that grows on the roots and trunks of certain trees.
Linchzhi is also known as reishi.
The aromatic mushroom, or shiitake (Lentinus edodes) - an edible mushroom containing a complex of polysaccharides and nutrients.
Himalayan honey is one of the natural ingredients in the composition.
